On a sunny Oxfordshire weekend, a brand new event came to a sleepy riverside town called Abingdon. Prosecco in the Park, a film and fizz festival, debuted last weekend, and despite some British summertime rain on Friday, the crowds still flowed in.
The event had 7 film screenings, which included blockbusters such as The Bodyguard, Moana, and The Greatest Showman. Centred around the films were the two purpose-built bars serving Prosecco and Gin. Other vendors included the Oxford Pizza Company, The Italian Cowshed, and Oatopia, which saw 2500 through the gate over the weekend (excluding children under 14).
