The Brief
Create a central feature within Motorcycle Live that drives footfall, holds attention and delivers a high-energy programme throughout the day.
The Challenge
A live seven-hour programme, running daily across ten consecutive days. The space needed to operate as both arena and stage within an exhibition environment—bringing together multiple action sports, screen content and high-profile guests. Maintaining control, consistency and flow across a continuously running programme was critical.
Our Role
From early creative thinking through to full production delivery, built on an xx-year relationship. We developed the original arena concept and continue to evolve it year on year—refining layout, staging, show choreography, technical production and athlete line-up. Our role is to bring everything together and maintain control across every element, ensuring the environment operates as one cohesive system.
Delivery
The arena is built around a central stage, with integrated performance zones for FMX and trials riding. The layout is built to hold structure and control across a continuously running programme, ensuring visibility, movement and energy are maintained at all times. Pre-planning and on-site control ensure screen content runs to schedule, while stage moments, interviews and performances are delivered seamlessly throughout the day.
