The Brief
Deliver a world-class BMX slopestyle event within a major London venue, creating a live competition environment capable of supporting elite rider performance alongside a high-impact audience experience.

The Challenge
Design and construct a large-scale riding course inside a live arena environment while balancing technical riding requirements, audience visibility, lighting integration and show flow. The project required complex build coordination, precise ramp construction and the ability to create a visually compelling event space that worked equally for riders, spectators and live broadcast content.

Our Role
ASL led full production delivery across arena build, course integration, staging, lighting and live show operations. Working alongside event partners and technical teams, we coordinated the transformation of the venue into a fully operational BMX slopestyle environment, integrating competition infrastructure with audience experience and live entertainment elements throughout the arena.

Delivery
The finished environment combined large-scale course construction with immersive production design, creating a purpose-built slopestyle arena capable of supporting continuous riding, live performance and audience engagement throughout the event. Lighting, staging and show systems were integrated directly into the course environment, helping deliver an intense live atmosphere while maintaining the technical precision required for elite-level BMX competition.
